I spent the last seven days celebrating in devotion with tobacco and other Amazonian master plants, drinking, bathing for the summer solstice, and harvesting the future through prayer. I usually go public with most of my prayers, but this one felt tender and private. One of the tools I learned from a dear friend and teacher is that with prayers regarding the future, it is imperative to let these prayers go without expectation, almost forget about them, and go on with life, with work, and with our missions.
