How do I make a life changing decision?
2016, The most optimal way to connect to our intuition is by tapping into the body's intelligence, which is much easier said than done. Becoming more in tune with my body and its guidance has taken much time and discipline. Getting stuck in my thoughts about a callous decision usually becomes detrimental, and a decision is never made (usually the worst outcome).
There are many avenues to shift into the mind of your body. Although many curative plants and services I offer will aid in this, one exceeds all. The one that has been of decisive influence for integrating with this bodily understanding has been to reopen the channel to my sexual, tantric, yoni, or life force energy through certain tantric practices.
I was very ambiguous about the sexual practices at first. Through many cultural and religious beliefs, sex and masturbation are abhorred. Closing the door on this conversation completely severs the relation to our life force, our self-esteem, and our body's guidance.
I began working with a brilliant and knowledgeable tantric teacher two years ago. I chose for the first year to take multiple celibate periods to increase my connection to the practice. Playing with sexual energy can be done alone or with a partner. My life began to blossom after introducing this work. It heightened my stamina and vitality throughout the entire day. Tantra birthed the breakthrough of my creativity through artwork, writing, and music. It catapulted my ability to deal with difficult life circumstances, stress, and anxiety and helped with restful sleep. This practice allows me to tune into my body's intelligence when facing life decisions. It is also helpful when making any decisions considering relationships or boundaries at the moment. Also, being able to last longer and please your woman in bed is icing on the cake.
The elements are found in your body and all around you. As I've mentioned, I'm spawning a program to help you bridge the gap between you and the elements. To affix to the wild heart of our past while navigating a tame present. I will go deeper into the details of these practices in this class. I will guide my work more toward men, but all are welcome!
I look forward to sharing this program with those who are not faint of heart and ready to take accountability for their lives!
