how do I prepare a plant bath?

2021. After my ayahuasca experiences earlier this year and concluding my ancestral and relationship clearings with Kambo, I frequently struggled to cope with washing out the populace of layers that had been brought to the surface. My friends and teachers suggested doing a series of floral baths. Many traditional ayahuasca shamans use floral baths to open or close an ayahuasca ceremony. Like any other medicine, floral baths cleanse the physical, emotional, and ethereal body.
I typically start by forging a mandala intention prayer with herbs for my experience. I then boil herbs for an hour while singing, dancing, and praying to the water. After this, I slowly pour the concentrated herb water head to toe all over my body. Directly after, I pray by playing guitar, singing, drumming, dancing, breath-work, and performing yoga for anywhere from 3 to 48 hours, depending on the intensity of the effects and the time available.
For this set of floral baths, I determined to use mapacho (tobacco), cedar, yarrow, rose, rosemary, and cinnamon. I chose these for the purpose of protection, clearing, as well as strengthening to hold energetic boundaries for myself and others. I performed two a week for 3 months following my series of Kambo clearings. These were some of the most significant and transformative experiences I have ever endured, often carrying me into an ayahuasca-like experience. Bringing out uncomfortable physical and emotional states, a few times bringing visions. For any more sensitive folks, I recommend having someone help guide you through the experience.
